Description

There's just something about a restaurant that's bold enough to put "paste" in its moniker that gives us pause. But once we recover from a case of the giggles and hit "play", it kinda makes sense. After all, isn't paste the glue that holds Thai cuisine together? Curry paste gives fiery power to coconut milk and tom yum paste turns bland broth into explosively delicious soup. This spot serves up the usual suspects as well as a few welcome surprises: Mieng Khum is a DIY salad roll that would be right at home in a Bangkok kitchen, for instance. The barbecue duck soars too. If you want to really get wild, order the Jungle Curry. Wicked hot.
