Just down the street from its mama restaurant, Green Chile Kitchen, Chile Pies offers creative, New Mexican-style pies. The apple pie is flecked with the chiles and baked in a cheddar-infused crust. For a savory choice, try the Frito pie: served with beans or Niman Ranch beef, and served on top of a half-open bag of Frito corn chips.
