Formerly Hong Kong Harbor, where the specialty was Chinese seafood (including unusual items like shark fin soup), this eatery changed owners, and specialties, in 2004. Seafood is still featured, but the accent's now Peruvian-Chinese. Among the best "chifa" items: Especial Canasta, a crisp edible noodle basket filled with shrimp, roasted pork, chicken, duck, and mixed veggies in a mild garlic/ginger sauce; Kam Lu Wantan, the same combo of ingredients in tangy sweet/sour sauce, minus the basket but surrounded by nearly two dozen won tons; and Jumbo Shrimp Mandarin, a dozen precision-cooked shellfish (plus peppers, scallions, and bok choy chunks) in intensely spicy red wine sauce.
