Description

The waits can be very long at the Cherry Creek Grill, part of the Hillstone family of restaurants that also includes the nearby Houston's. The corporate ownership is reflected in the absolute consistency of the offerings here -- salads, sandwiches, steaks -- served up perfectly every time. The open dining room is convivial, and you're sure to see at least three people you know -- but if you don't like crowds, come on the off-hours. If you can figure out what those are.
