Even though Chelsea Wine Bar is only three years old, the artifacts, statues, mirrors and even the bar itself -restored and varnished wood from a Galveston dock - make it feel timeless. The "I Love Steak" Sundays feature a 10-12 oz. ribeye and two sides for $10, any glass of open wine is only $5 on Mondays, and select bottles of wine are half price on Tuesdays. Wednesdays, the bar hosts its "Austin Acoustic Series" of Central Texans playing original material; international piano players take over on Fridays; and Saturdays bring more acoustic music, this time showcasing Houston-area talent.
