Description

The teaching kitchen for the culinary tract at the Art Institute in the Shops at Park Lane mixed-use development gives culinary students the opportunity for practical experience. While the chef-instructors create the regular menu, toques in training are required to design dishes. For lunch service, they must create a special respective to their kitchen station. For dinner service, they create the prix-fixe three-course "Chef's Table" menu based on a location (region, state or country). The "Chef's Table" is available to customers on Fridays only. Offered at all times are Students Chef Creations Sandwiches, a soup du jour as well as cookies from the baking class. The chance to try something new is the reason people flock to the Chef's Gallery.
