"This is American-Chinese served "East Coast Style" -- presumably meaning that it approaches something you might find in New York's Chinatown. The mainstream menu has many fried rice and chow mein dishes, mu shu style dishes and a large selection of wok-cooked classics. These include Mongolian beef and chicken, ginger beef, pork in garlic sauce and the like. Among their house specialties, you'll find the "Hawaii Five:" scallops, prawns, steak, chicken and pork sauteed with veggies, and "Dragon and Phoenix," chicken, prawns and broccoli in a "chef's secret sauce." Prices are affordable and the portions are large.
