House specialties include loaded sandwiches such as the shorty ($12), braised short rib with blue cheese and roasted red peppers on a jumbo English muffin, or the B.C.T. ($12), applewood smoked bacon, cheddar, and tomato in any choice of bread. Those not craving a grilled cheese may want to try the Kobe beef, sloppy joe, pulled pork, or short rib sliders ($3 apiece) or tomato bisque ($4).
