Good old-fashioned neighborhood steakhouse where expertly grilled beef and chops are the tried-and-true standards. It may appear that most of the people in the place are regulars, but that's because even first-timers are treated that way, so just pretend you've been coming here for years.

Each passing year brings more steak houses hell-bent on outdoing the competition, whether it's by offering sweeping city views, sparkling new digs or star power in its very name.
