Known as Houston's only champagne bar, Cha offers an extensive variety of bubbly, along with a fine selection of beer and wine from across the globe. Special plates to complement the libations include smoked salmon, foie gras, local cheeses, smoked duck breast and specialty pizzas, and the friendly staff is happy to help guide you through the extensive lists. Although Cha is small, it is elegant and comfortable, with an artsy interior filled with oversized chairs and couches. The second-story patio makes for a perfect place to take in the downtown Houston skyline (from River Oaks) while sipping your selection. VIPs can take advantage of the special nook behind the bar, and live music and DJs are featured on various nights.
