cha cha cha is probably my favorite (atmosphere-wise) restaurant in sf. i smiled just thinking about it. it is a caribbean tapas menu but i always ended up more full than i intended. the sangria is ridiculously great - you MUST get it. mmm...i want some fried potatoes. now. it's located in the haight, so obviously, the people are fantastic. i miss sf just thinking about it.
