Slide into one of the diner-esque booths lining the front area of the movie theater, snatch up a menu, and order beers while the lights are still on. Try the salmon burger; though lacking in chipotle mayonnaise, it's plenty flavorful. The chicken panini, made with moist pieces of bird and zesty olive tapenade, is even tastier. Pizza is this theater/bistro's strongest point, with the quattro formaggi boasting mozzarella, parmesan, smoked provolone, and asiago. The sauce is a little sparse, but it's hard to beat watching an enticing documentary while munching on homemade pizza. The theater's beautiful exposed brick walls and friendly staff, and the tangible excitement that comes with being part of something artistic and innovative, rounds out the experience nicely.
