Cellar Wine Bar occupies a charming spot in a building on the corner where 15th Street turns into 29th. As a result, it merges the sophistication of downtown with the intimacy of Highland for a feel that's unique in this city. The menu consists entirely of snack foods -- meats, cheeses, tapas and desserts -- all designed to complement the wine list. Cellar offers a couple dozen reds and whites by the glass, interesting selections that come mostly from the Old World.
