Fans of good wine and great cigars head here often-in some cases, straight from whatever dining establishment they've just had dinner in! We prefer to eat at Cellar 13, especially when we're craving the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich, a fresh, crispy salad, or a gourmet cheese plate served with the best wine list in the neighborhood. The cozy front patio (next to a cigar shop) and the cozy wine cellar (with men's club leather chair seating) are faves, but we also like chilling out on the rear patio, where we can enjoy a smoke and a sip without a lot of hassle.
