Sandwiches, salads and sweets prevail in this charming shop, one of several area outposts of the Celebrity brand overseen by Mark Menking, president of Celebrity Café & Bakery. The specialty sandwiches include Francis Rays Cranberry Chicken Salad (chicken, apples, dried cranberries, pecans and celery tossed in honey dijon and lettuce) and the ham and pineapple cream cheese on cinnamon raisin toast. The salads come with house-made dressings, among them the signature Jubilee. And then there is the plethora of bakery items. There are sheet and round cakes of varying dimensions as well as an assorted collection of specialty items, including hand-decorated iced cookies, petit fours and brownies. For the crème de la crème experience, customers can participate in the interactive VIP Baking Experience packages as well as the loyalty program.
