This quaint gem of a restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Glendale – indeed on a corner, at 58th Avenue and Palmaire to be exact – and promises to take you back to an era when life was a little easier and a little less stressful. Reminisce about days gone by while taking in Cee Cee on the Corner’s vintage charm, old-timey décor, and quirky antique wares. The restaurant serves classic American fare like chicken and tuna salad, grilled tuna melt, Reuben, and oven-roasted chicken sandwiches. Pitas and wraps are also available for those on a low-carb diet. Lunch is pretty good, but the best meal to enjoy at Cee Cee’s is breakfast. Hefty meals are served with chorizo, eggs, French toast, and home fries until 11 a.m. And if you sleep in, you can still snag the Mexican-American breakfast of champions: the burrito with potatoes, eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage is available all day long.
