Some may call it a dive bar, but the Cedar Inn is more accurately described as a delightfully small-town sort of spot, located in the heart of South Minneapolis. Expect a friendly crowd of locals, some seated on a picnic table out front when the weather's nice, as well as checkered decor, typical bar fare and affordable beer and wine. Also expect to be offered the beer list if you ask for a rum and coke -- Cedar Inn, like many establishments in the neighborhood, does not serve hard liquor.
