The growing legion of food trucks mak-ing their way around South Florida in-cludes the very French Caza Crepes. Written on the side of the mobile kitchen are the words: "Follow the French Team!" From Paris to Miami, the truck waves its country's flag while serving traditional favorites. Owner Kevin Gle-izes is also the organizer of the popular food truck roundup in Kendall, Tamiami Truckers Food Court, which features about 20 trucks and tons of edible op-tions. At Caza Crepes, the galettes and crêpes come both savory and sweet, ap-propriate for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. La classique ($2.99), a crêpe topped with only powdered sugar, is the simplest treat, while La Nutella ($3.99) satisfies a sweet tooth with its chocolatey hazelnut spread. La vegetarienne ($6.99) galette features tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, and a sunny-side-up egg for protein. L'Alaska is stuffed with smoked wild Alaskan salmon and a touch of sour cream. Specials include a mango or guava and cream cheese crêpe or one with chocolate, dulce de leche, and ba-nana slices ($6.99). On cold nights, the truck serves hot chocolate ($2.50).
