Caviar Tasting Menu

Priced at $140 per person, the three-course meal features three kinds of farm-raised Agroittica Lombarda fish eggs. Start off with dishes such as crisp bruschetta with buffalo-milk ricotta and pickled Tropea onions and Caviar de Venise, move on to white sturgeon caviar and perhaps some grilled octopus, and finish with risotto with Maine lobster and burrata and osetra caviar.

If you're looking for tiny bubbles to wash down your seafaring baubles, a glass (or even a bottle) of Antica Fratta Franciacorta Brut would be just lovely. And if that doesn't make you all lovey-dovey, just say, "I'm sorry, I can't afford it."
