I am sorry we were unable to assist you. As you know, a member of our customer service team tried her best to explain the situation that the item you ordered was temporarily out of stock. But due to your inappropriate response, they asked if I could help with the call. I, too, tried to explain the stock status and explained that I would be glad to call our supplier to find out how quickly I could acquire the item for you- and call you back that same day with the information. And since you hadn't been charged for the item, once we learn the expected date, you could either choose to keep the order active or cancel. But as you know, your tone and accusations continued to be inappropriate. I politely said that if it persisted, I would have to let you go. Since it continued, yes, I did let you know that I was ending the conversation. That was one time, the only time we spoke. Again, I am sorry that we were not able to assist you. I wish you the best and hope you are able to find the Madonna & Child statue you are looking for elsewhere. May God bless you.
horrible customer service, i was hung up on repeatedly by laura who must be related to the owner because she should not be working the customer service department, heres my story, i ordered some religious statues on their website and it said it would be at my house in 4 days, after i processed the order i recieved an email saying it wouldnt be in until april 1st which was about 14 days from when i ordered, then when i called to ask why does the site say 4 days i was told it was going to take until the 2nd week of april making it about 28-30 days, i was upset and felt lied to, LAURA the person in charge of customer service repeatedly hung up on me, i told her that i was going to write a review about their company and she could care less, if you want to be disrespected..... order from them. LAURA, heres a lil tip for you for the next upset customer that you get, dont be so rude and unwilling to deal with your problems after all that is your job, if your not happy with your job then maybe you should find another type of job ? or are you the owner ? you must be because anyone that would keep you working for their company would lose business repeatedly. you could have offered a little discount, or a reduction of the shipping charges, or something, anything, but instead you repeatedly hung up on me ?

Praise be: The Lou's most superlative gift shop does not rely on overpriced glass beads, creepy animal tchotchkes or T-shirts you can't wear around Grandma.
