One Dozen Maryland Oysters
onion rings, green peppers, 1/2-ounce cole slaw, flank with accompanimient tossed salad made from iceberg lettuce and cabbage wich provides our customers with the daily nutrition (vitamin, mineral and calories). they richely deserved and needs on a daily basic. our house oil and vinegar dressing is one of our most requested, however several other dressing such as ranch, thousand oil and french is available.

consisting of alaska king crab meat, piece of fillet catfish, oysters, crawfish, okra, rice, deveined shrimp, dice onions, dice green pepper, garlic, special hot pepper sauce etc. *also shown (right) is our stuffed tomato - tomato is stuffed with our shrimp or tuna salad; prepare to our customers specification. *also shown (left) is our finger licking good home made texas style chili, serve with accompaniment dice avocados, minced onion, chopped green peppers and saltine crackers.

consisting of one dozen-fried crawfish. the crawfish is prepared in our special batter and fried at a specified temperature for a specific time, this platter is also accompanied with one dozen jalapeno hushpuppies, a salad, tatar sauce and cole slaw

Typical Three Pieces Catfish
dinner prepared with the secret batter, served with hushpuppies, cole slaw, peppers and fresh slice lemon.

Croquet Platter
one salmon croquette sewed with one dozen jalapeno hushpuppies or french fries, two peppers stuffed with alaskan crab meat, 6-ounces cole slaw, toss salad and slice lemon

Whole Catfish
one 16/28 whole catfish prepared with the old fashion secret recipe and served with one dozen jalapeno hushpuppies or french fries and toss salad.
