We're going to have a shot of tequila from the bar's exhaustive selection to celebrate the novelty of this restaurant's menu. The accent is Latin, a refreshing break from the ubiquitous over-cheesed Amer-Mex joints. The bi-level restaurant features a soaring ceiling, ornate chandeliers and plenty of wrought iron. (Though the pair of flat screens above the bar seem out of place in this otherwise elegant setting.) The kitchen does arepas, ceviche, tostones and Puerto Rican pork stew. A toasty Cubano is stuffed with ham, pork and pickles. If you'd rather stick with Mexican fare, there's an order of nachoes with your name on 'em.
