Description

The husband-and-wife team behind this exceptional Italian eatery flip standard gender roles, with Lillo Teodosi spending his time carefully crafting handmade pastas in the kitchen while wife Gina Caruso Teodosi plays master of ceremonies in the front of the house. Star dishes include the Fiordilatte con Prosciutto di Montagna, a mountain-air-cured Prosciutto with Fiordilatte cheese and piquant roasted peppers , and the Roman favorite Bucatini Amatriciana made with Bucatini pasta, Pomodoro sauce and Guanciale and dusted with a fine coating of Pecorino Romano cheese.
