A second location of this legendary Valley restaurant, Carolina's has a cult following for its out-of-this-world homemade tortillas. Folks line up to gorge on green corn tamales, enchiladas, red machaca burros and, on weekends, menudo. Breakfast burros are another delicious treat.

The food's not bad - Mexican food is pretty hard to screw up - but the tortillas in this place are positively stellar. Worth visiting regularly just to pick up a dozen of their fresh-made flour tortillas.

Fresh tortillas and truly awesome red chili burritos. Place is legendary! Make sure to pick up half a dozen fresh flour tortillas to go. you wont regret it!
