Description

Don't let its address on Ho Hum Road fool you, as this North Valley eatery is plenty lively. Steeped in Southwestern charm, Carefree Station offers drinking and dining both inside its sleek and chic dining room and out on its massive plant-lined patio and atrium. At its BevHeaven bar, you'll find wine specials to go along with a daily happy hour that runs from 3 to 6 p.m. Wine is really what stands out on the menu, as Carefree Station offers more than a dozen pages of chardonnays, pinots, rieslings, and other varietals available for purchase. Suffice it to say, you'll have no problem finding the proper wine to go along with the restaurant's American-Southwestern cuisine. Carefree Station might be a bit off the beaten path for a lot of folks in the Valley, but the establishment makes for a great al fresco experience when the weather is cool enough to permit sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air.
