Italian restaurants can often be seen from miles away, thanks to the common signage with the Italian flag's tricolor scheme. The same goes for Cappriccio. Near Addison and the tony shops and fancy hotels of Galleria Dallas is an upscale joint offering the usual boot-country fare, though kicked up a notch. Take, for example, the Ossobuco con Risotto, which comes with veal shank braised in red wine, mushrooms and a shitake risotto. However, the kitchen isn't afraid to offer modest dishes like cioppino, a traditional fisherman's stew of assorted seafood. The wine list is split between Californian and Italian bottles with some by-the-glass selections. Shoppers and businessmen aren't the only clientele to fill the restaurant's tables.
