Description

Jamie Boudreau, formerly of cocktail meccas Vessel and Tini Big's, opened this Whiskey and Bitters Emporium to replace Licorous, the bar that formerly occupied this space just across the street from Seattle U's campus. Under Boudreau's direction, Canon focuses on classic cocktails -- think Old Fashioneds and Manhattans. The dark wood shelving behind the bar is lined with bottles and bottles of liquor -- order anything but vodka, which Boudreau notoriously disdains.
