Entering Can Can is like walking into Moulin Rouge-not the Parisian tourist trap, the Baz Luhrmann movie. The surreal dinner club serves up cocktails, dinner, and two burlesque shows a night, with servers doubling as cancan dancers. Unfortunately, the menu may read well (pappardelle with portabellos in truffled cream sauce, roasted halibut with lemon risotto) but the uneven, and expensive, food often suggests no one in the kitchen bothered to taste it before sending it to your table. Luckily, the view from the bar lounge ain't bad.
