This takeout franchise has a number of stores, but only the Kent and Bellevue locations specialize in the one dish that makes this place stand out. Ignore the regular pizzas, the wings, the gyros, and everything else but the Indian pizza. Indian pizza? You ask. Well, the tandoori chicken and paneer (tofu-like pressed cheese) pizzas are simply American-style doughy crusts topped with tomato sauce, cheese, veggies, and spice-rubbed Indian ingredients. Order the spinach-and-paneer pizza with sides of chopped cilantro and raita. The queen of them all, the butter-chicken pizza, is slathered with chicken braised in a rich, tomatoey curry. After a few bites, you can't think why you've never eaten Indian pizza before-and why you shouldn't order another one next week.
