By the time you've dipped a few slices of warm, home-baked bread into a dish of freshly diced ripe tomatoes tossed with basil and olive oil, you'll be well on your way toward a satisfying, home-style "Italian/fusion" dinner at this cozy, 50-seat white-tablecloth room. The chefs admittedly splash one or two Caribbean ingredients onto the menu (like a velvety malanga soup and roast pork raviolini with black bean sauce), but the real draw is an array of fresh pastas, hearty dishes such as osso bucco and veal medallions in rosemary truffle-boosted demi-glace, and a terrific potato-wrapped corvina that needs just a splash of garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to come alive. Good food, personable service, and a welcoming, neighborhood ambiance make Caffe Vialetto a very appealing spot to dine.

    Not just an Italian Restaurant, a hint of Cuban with a dash of exotic flavors. Awesome Ravioli appetizer all are fantastic (Pear and ricotta cheese) best Risotto i have ever had! Short Rib melts in your mouth. Filet Mignon (WoW). What ever fish with Mango Salsa you will be glad you went there for dinner, Desserts The Bomb and the Funk ask for half and half. I will put this restaurant up against any restaurant in South Florida value and taste. 5star!!!! Mario L
