Description

We love the south of France, and when we find ourselves missing it, we head to this cute, cozy café, where we can dine on food we could only otherwise get in Nice. Like Potato-Encrusted Salmon, which is served with a Provencal tomato herb sauce, asparagus, and basil-infused squash. Moist and flaky wrapped in long, thin potato strings, the fish screams "Provencal!" to our tired tastebuds. We also love the rack of lamb, served in a brown sauce stuffed with pistachio and over a bed of julienne vegetables. For dessert, the tiramisu is a bit of Italy, French style, served with white chocolate shavings and fresh raspberries with a sprig of mint. Friendly, helpful servers love to talk about French cuisine but are never pretentious or snooty. We love this place.
