Tony Pietoso is the omnipresent force in this coolly modern dining room in the Clayton business district. His Napoli offers a relatively short list of pastas complemented by Italian standards, along with such signature dishes as filetto Napoletano (beef tenderloin with tomato, eggplant, cheese and herbs) and gamberi alla Napolitana (shrimp with basil, tomato, onion, garlic, mushrooms and white wine).
