Commercial kitchen space Kitchen Incubator is home to dozens of talented chefs; Cafe Luz is where they show off their chops to the public. The cafe is an assortment of different things: coffeehouse, old-fashioned soda fountain, bar (on occasion), casual restaurant and retail store-front for take-away items like healthy, prepackaged meals, homemade kombucha, fresh pastries and even Argentinean empanadas, depending on the day. The cozy coffeehouse brews with local Amaya beans, while the kitchen side uses ingredients from local farmers' markets in all of its food, so you can always be assured that you're supporting local with each visit.
