Description

Somewhere between Madrid and Mexico is Cactus, paying an homage to Latin cuisine. Tapas are inventive, numerous, and all fabulous, but Cactus—with locations in Alki Beach, Kirkland, Madison Park, and South Lake Union—excels in entrées as well. The chorizo-filled chimayo enchilada and chicken tamales are standouts, and even the tacos, done with delicious Indian fry bread instead of tortillas, are enticing.
