Housed in a tiny adobe-style building north of Downtown Brea, the Cabo Grill and Cantina is possibly one of the city's more unassuming drinking establishments. And because of its diminutive stature, even a small crowd can give this place the vibe of a rowdy juke joint. Under the unblinking eye of three flat screen televisions, the full bar serves up a bevvy of tequila-based drinks including mango margaritas and a quirky Herradura and tonic combo known as a TNT. The taps dispense pints of Dos Equis and Coors Light with obligatory bottles of Corona and lime available. Happy hour is 3 to 8p.m. daily and features half-off margaritas, well drinks and appetizers.
