Lure Fishbar's Josh Capon has swapped fish for beef at this new, wood-paneled, clubby Soho burger joint. Skip the plain burger for the signature Bash one, juicy and laden with bacon jam, caramelized onions, and American cheese--it won the People's Choice award at the 2009 Burger Bash at the New York City Wine and Food & Festival, after all. Not everything's a success by far, but it's convenient for a quick lunch post-shopping or as a bite before catching a movie at the Angelika.
