Eating at Bullritos is an interactive experience — grab a paper bag and a marker, then start checking off categories on the “make-your-own” menu printed on the back. Choose from signature “bullritos” (burritos), burrito bowls or tacos. Select the meat of your choice, add rice, one of three types of beans, cheese, and load on any extra toppings you like: sour cream, roasted corn, salsa, onions, etc. There’s even a spot on the back to write special instructions for whoever is making your meal.
