This upstart sports pub opened a scant five months ago and quickly became a favorite among Sugar Land locals. The kitchen dishes out a full lineup of eats, including - wouldn't you know it? - pizzas. The small stage in the front of the room hosts bands and DJs, but Bullpen is a sports bar first and foremost, and a lively one at that. The standing-height bar is lined with big screens and liquor bottles, and out back on the big patio is a second full bar, well suited to al fresco drinking when the weather is nice.
