Description
This monomaniacal place obsesses with chicken wings. There
are six levels of hotness among the wings that might be described as Buffalo, running from Mild to N'Sinerator, plus three additional mild flavors. The wings are great, with a thicker sauce than usual, but--to be frank--the very hottest ain't all that hot. They are said to be made with organic chicken, with no hormones and no trans fats. The odd thing, though, is the omission of the usual celery and blue cheese dressing from the formula, which may be taken as a sign of either seriousness, or perhaps total unseriousness, as far as Buffalo wings go.
