Perched on top of the historical Powers building in Delray Beach, Buddha Sky Bar is housed inside of a newly constructed glass solarium, allowing diners to enjoy fiery sunsets and shimmering stars. Come-hither, over-sized booths and plush, red pillows create an intimate space to relax and enjoy the view. The sushi bar offers a wide selection of unique rolls such as the Eel Coconut roll which includes eel, avocado, toasted coconut and an apple cider eel sauce as well as inspired variations on classic sushi rolls. The menu also includes wok entrees such as Korean BBQ ribs and the Truffle Wasabi Filet with Asparagus and Lotus root. Yakitori (think Japanese kebob) and other grilled items are prepared on a Binchotan charcoal grill -- common in East Asia but are a rare treat in South Florida. The sky bar's eclectic signature drinks like the Asian Coconut Caipirinha and the Samurai Tsunami will have you feeling enlightened in no time!
