    Event Review: Blue-White-Red

I enjoyed the opening night reception. The art was varied enough that there was something there for everyone. I thought that some of the pieces were very nice, as did my guest. The event was free-- excellent.

The color theme/scheme was effective. Even when I forgot about that looking at particular pieces-- when I stepped back to observe an entire room, it was clear that blue, white and red were themes for the show.

I also enjoyed the media piece towards the back of the gallery.

My guest was a little confused that the pieces did not have labels showing title and artist, but I am not sure if that was a conscious decision on the gallery's part or not. Labels might make the show more visitor-friendly.

    Otherwise, a cool show.
