Boca Raton, FL 33431
New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description
After opening in early 2011, John Stilley's Wave has made a splash in Boca Raton. Stilley, who also owns Snapper's in Boynton Beach, brought his seafood specialties down south, where cedar-plank halibut has become a quick favorite among customers. Also notable is the pistachio-crusted salmon over sweet potato mash with vanilla butter that's more like a combination of dinner and dessert all in one. Be sure to save room for the real dessert, though, as Wave offers homemade blueberry and apple pies, Key lime pies, and assorted cheesecakes.
Tips from foursquare
Admiral's platter is where it's at! Great seafood!
Has a vegan menu!!! It's on the table not in the menu they give you.
Seafood to perfection
The vegan menu has graduated from the trifold to the real menu & they now have 2 dessert options too! Woo!
Good restaurant and everything, but I've discovered the worst music ever recorded
