New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description
They're not known for being exceptionally warm and fuzzy here, but the food is good and the scene is tops, especially if you're more interested in style than substance. Even with a reservation, you still may have to wait a bit, but fortunately Tramonti has a big bar that yearns for you to come over and plop a big martini atop it. Admire all the Delray Beach silicone, saline and Botox while you look over the menu and find dishes like the divine pappardelle campagnole in a light cherry tomato sauce, or the succulent scallopini filet mignon in a port wine reduction. Impress your guests by starting with the antipasto di frutti di mare -- a seafood salad made with calamari, shrimp, scungilli, and kalamata olives in a lemon vinaigrette -- or baked clams, eggplant rollatini, or grilled and smoked buffalo mozzarella. By the time your Remy Martin and Sicilian cannoli arrive, you may feel more like taking a nap than venturing out to hunt for prey, but at least one goal of the night will have been reached.

As we pondered the menu, Gino came to our table to say, "Hurry up, it's Saturday night!" If you go, bring your watch; Gino has money to be made! How shameful he is. Stare sul culo.
