New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description
Lush tropical greenery frames the entryways for the brick patio, a huge sheltered area that's hospitable to a delightful breeze. A wine room serves as a cozy nook for couples or a group interested in overtaking a farmhouse table. On weekend nights, there's flamenco music or some variation of strings to set the mood. Seafood is the star at this Spanish-fusion spot. The aroma of infused tomato, garlic, rosemary, and thyme announce the arrival of a shellfish medley. Bocados of olives and jamon Iberico tempt as snacks. Artichokes and mushrooms in white wine is a favorite vegetarian tapas, as is bone marrow with beef cheek marmalade for carnivores, which often sells out. More ambitious diners might opt for paella, or better yet, wait for Friday supper. The special is roast pork.Served with white beans and garbanzos, it's among the most memorable pig roasts you've had lately.
Tips from foursquare
Lamb Meatballs & the Friday night pig roast are essential to life.
The roast pork with white beans and garbanzo is to truly delicious! Perfect for date nights!
Worst service ever! At 8:35 pm on a Saturday they ran out of steaks and few options on vegetables. Tapas were good until the issue with our entre. Our waiter sucks big time. Last time here
A special occasion -- an anniversary, birthday, trying to smooth over a forgotten anniversary or birthday -- may call for paella, while the crowd-pleasing seafood medley is reason enough to celebrate.
