Description

New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description

When coal-fired pizza, increasingly available on every other street corner in Palm Beach County, seems played out, there's always the wood-fired variety at this long-standing Boca fixture. Around since '99, the full-service pizza parlor offers pies that are thin and crisp, a nod to owner Steve Greenberg's New York roots (and proclaimed lack of patience for soggy crust). There are 20-plus specialty and house pizzas on the menu, plus the option to mix and match your own ingredients to create a personalized pie: Watch how you pile on the extras or your check will start to climb. The bulky menu also boasts nearly a dozen pasta dishes, a handful of salads, and plenty of appetizers, including the popular wood-fired chicken wings.

Best pizza for 100 miles. Try the mozzarella and vodka pizza... And the dessert pizza.
