Part Tavern finds inspiration in New York City’s Gramercy Tavern and the diminutive Worthing Park at the restaurant’s front door. The second restaurant from the trio behind Cut 432 -- Anthony Pizzo, Brandon Belluscio, and Brian Albe -- the restaurant resides at the heart of the bustling Delray restaurant scene. The 180-seat space displays dark wood accents, galvanized steel, Chicago brick walls, and butcher block tables, a design the trio orchestrated themselves. Simple and stylish comfort food is featured on a seasonal menu. Maple-glazed pork belly and burgers made from in-house ground sirloin quell big appetites, while grazers prefer ceviche of Florida fish, warm pretzels, or a cheese plate. Craft cocktails are the focus at the bar, though beer drinkers can sip local suds from Fort Lauderdale’s Fresh Beer Co.
