New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description
Way, way better than your run-of-the-mill all-you-can-gorge sushi buffet, Kyojin serves up a mean $11 lunch with fish so fresh you'll want to smack your mama. Of course, you've got tempura and gyoza up there under the red hot lights, but it's decent, too. The Chinese fare doesn't reach the standard set by the sushi, either, but the cooked-to-order hibachi grill and stir-fry station can be fun. Some weird items can be found: battered and fried sushi rolls, sweet plantains paired with raw fish. Still, the cold side beats the hot side here, hands-down.
Tips from foursquare
This is hands down South Florida's best sushi buffet and at a very reasonable price. Great, attentive service and lovely presentations, too.
Come during the weekend, the sushi is more varied and there is all-you-can-eat crab legs
