Lake Worth, FL 33460
New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description
Housed in Lake Worth's historic Paradise building, the Bamboo Room is the hot spot for live music, especially the blues. Every inch of the club has a story to tell, from the antique Greyhound ticket booth to an array of records and concert posters. Photographs of musicians line the stairwell wall leading up to the main room. A vintage-guitar collection adorns the bamboo-clad walls, and various paintings and sculptures add to the museum-like décor. The enormous collection of vintage cocktail shakers compliments the extensive and creative drink menu. For those looking to enjoy the music from afar, the open-air deck will give your ears a break. Whether a blues aficionado or not, the inviting crowd, laid-back atmosphere, and musical talents put the Bamboo Room on the nightlife map.
Tips from foursquare
Named Best Live Music Venue to Return by New Times Broward Palm Beach! High ceilings for a spacious feel, a generous Cheers-like bar in the back, and roughly 50 tables plus plenty of room to dance on!
Great venue.... totally favorite smokers. Great if you are one, sucks if you're not.
Eat first then come here! Tonight Terri Caitlin. You can have food delivered and eat out on the balcony... What a concept!
Great music venue!
If your looking to enjoy a great show it's a great place. Be aware you will be seated at small tables and most people will not be dancing out of their seats.
