Description

New Times Broward-Palm Beach's Description

Located inside of the Westin Diplomat, this opulent sushi spot doubles as a nightclub for locals and hotel guests alike with bottle service, indoor and outdoor seating, a dockside bar, a lounge, and VIP tatami rooms. Inventive eats like the Asian BLT (seared pork belly, kimchee, and green tomato on a steamed bun) or the Kona coffee-rubbed beef satay are served until late. Sunday's $39 brunch features a dim sum station, a seafood display atop carved ice, a tandoori grill station, a hot buffet of noodle dishes, an omelet bar, unlimited mimosas, a dessert station, free valet service, and live music.
