Description

Interactive Korean barbecue is the central motif of this wildly popular Formica-decorated venue, where diners sit around a table with a charcoal grill in its center and broil marinated meats to their own taste. A dozen grated, pickled, garlicky house condiments add plenty of flavor and texture, and other entrees include a rich, spicy kimchi soup; a paellalike rice bowl with octopus, spinach, and saffron; and whole grilled king fish with the smoky, meaty taste of good herring.
